About the Artist

Nilüfer Örel is a Turkish contemporary painter living and working in a forest village near Bodrum, Muğla. Her mixed-media, acrylic and pastel works grow out of the sea, the forest and the animals around her, and have been shown at the Bodrum Art Fair, DenizBank Art Gallery, the International İzmir Art Biennial and Awita Gallery in New York.
